Don't: - Post last-minute swaps repeatedly - Ghost after someone accepts - Share confidential patient information - Violate your facility's policies

Accepting a Swap

Before accepting: 1. Check your schedule thoroughly 2. Verify you're qualified for that unit 3. Get facility approval if required 4. Confirm with the original poster

Communication Best Practices

Reporting Issues

If someone violates guidelines: - Use the report feature on the post - Provide specific details - Our team reviews reports within 24 hours
