Creating a Credential Packet
- Go to Placements > Active Staff
- Select the nurse(s) you need
- Click "Export Credentials"
- Choose your format (PDF or ZIP)
- Select documents to include
What's Included
Standard credential packets contain: - Active license verification - Certification copies - Background check results - Skills checklist - Reference verification - TB test results - Immunization records
Compliance Features
All exports include: - Verification timestamps - Expiration date alerts - Digital signatures (where applicable) - Audit trail documentation
Bulk Exports
For Joint Commission or CMS audits: 1. Go to Reports > Compliance Exports 2. Select date range 3. Choose "All Active Staff" or filter 4. Generate bulk packet 5. Download ZIP file
Scheduling Auto-Exports
Set up monthly compliance reports: 1. Go to Settings > Scheduled Reports 2. Create new schedule 3. Select credential packet template 4. Set frequency and recipients
This ensures you're always audit-ready.
