The Struggles of a New Grad
I'm a new grad working in a busy ICU and boy, is the learning curve steep. Today was rough. Made a couple of minor missteps and my preceptor jumped on each one like I'd committed a major crime. I get that they're trying to shape me into a good nurse but, c'mon, give me a break. Anyone else feeling the pressure and not sure what to do about it?
