Floating Yet Again
Just off my shift and guess what? Floated again. Third time this week. No one seems to care it's not even my area of expertise. Med-Surg is not like working NICU, it's a different world. I can help out, sure, but it's not fair to the patients. Am I wrong for feeling this way? Would it kill management to hire enough staff for once?
