Night Shift Blues

I've worked nights for the last year, my circadian rhythms are just a mess. Sundays are a blur and I can't remember what day it is half the time. Any of you night shifters come up with solid methods to actually get some decent sleep during the day? I need some ideas here.

Blackout curtains were a game changer for me. Helps trick your body into thinking it's night.
