Mental Warfare
Just got home from another shift. The burnout is hitting like a freight train. Had a good cry in the supply closet today...again. Is anyone else feeling like they're losing their mind bit by bit? I mean, how many of you found yourself crying in odd places at work? And what do you do about it?
Same here, the utility room is my private crying space. I try to sneak in a good cry between rounds.
Sorry to hear you're struggling, but crying on the job isn't professional. We need to find healthier ways to cope.
Have you tried talking to a professional? Sometimes just venting to someone outside the job can help.
