Fed up with the pay disparity
Just found out a coworker with the same experience as me is making way more than I am. I didn't ask for it, the info just fell in my lap. And now I can't un-know it. I love my job but this pay gap thing is eating at me. Should I confront my manager about it? What if it makes things worse?

I would talk to HR, not the manager directly. Keep it professional and avoid personal feelings.

Why did your coworker disclose their salary to you in the first place? Seems unprofessional to me.
