Losing track of days
So I've been working night shifts for the past who-knows-how-many days. I can't even remember the last time I had a proper dinner with my family. Anyone else forget what day it is, or if it's morning or evening? How do you guys handle this, seriously? I'm all turned around.

Tried rotating my sleep schedule every two weeks, helped a bit. Maybe you can give it a try?
I was in your shoes. Then I stuck a huge calendar in my living room. Crossed off days at breakfast. Sounds silly, but it helped.
