Weekend shift struggles
Is it unreasonable to want one weekend a month off? Just one. That's all I'm asking. Don't even get me started on the holiday guilt. It's like management forgets we have lives outside these hospital walls...

Well, I chose to work weekends for the differential. It's rough but the pay makes it worth it for me.
