Travel contract and resentment
Second week into this travel contract and I can feel the resentment from the staff. I’m trying my best here but the glares and cold shoulders are getting to me. Anyone else experience this? Does it get better?

Been there. It's tough, but remember, you're there for the patients, not the staff.

Are you being proactive in building relationships or just expecting them to warm up to you? It's a two-way street.

Hang in there. It usually takes a while before they start accepting a new face, especially a travel nurse. Trust me, they'll warm up.
