Skipping Lunches Again
Just clocked out after another 12-hour shift no lunch break. It's the norm now, I guess. It's like they think we're machines or something. I love my job, I really do, but this isn’t human. What are your coping strategies when you can't even grab a bite?
Right there with you. I stash protein bars in every pocket. Quick energy on the go, plus I don't have to worry about my meal getting cold or interrupted.
