Counting Sheep Doesn't Work
I've tried every trick in the book to fix my sleep schedule. Cutting caffeine, black-out curtains, white noise machines... Hell, I've even tried sleeping with socks on. Nothing. Stuck on the graveyard shift and the daytime world is fading. Without my seven hours, I'm less nurse and more zombie patient. Anyone else feeling this? How do you cope?
You're not alone, mate. I've found that exercise in the mornings helps. It tires you out and resets your body clock.
