Can't Believe the Pay Gap
Okay, need to vent. Found out today that a coworker of mine, who I know doesn't do half the work I do, is making more than me. By a significant amount. Same experience level, same job demands. So, why? How do I even begin to approach this with our manager? Anyone else gone through something like this?
Been there, still stings. Get your numbers straight, then talk to your manager. Transparency can go a long way.
Sorry to hear this, it's an ugly reality. However, it's not always about the quantity of work, but the quality too. Maybe there's something else at play here?
