Second Night Shift Blues
I'm heading into my second night shift in a row, and already I can feel my eyelids getting heavy. The sleep deprivation is real, guys. I love what I do... most of the time. But these night shifts? They drain you. They take the life out of you, just bit by bit. How do you push through when you're literally fighting to keep your eyes open?
Ever think about transferring to days? I did, best decision I ever made.
Same boat. I find q15min walks down the hall helps to keep me awake.
