Struggling with burnout here, but I can't afford to take any time off. How are you guys dealing? How do you stay afloat on this raft of endless hours, patients, and responsibilities? I can't remember the last time I didn't feel exhausted. Is there even a pot of gold at the end of this rainbow?
Hang in there. Balance will come, even if it doesn't seem like it now. Try finding small moments of joy every shift.
