The Glory of Travel Nursing
What's the deal with staff resenting travel nurses? Yeah, we make more money, but we're also away from our families. We uproot our lives every few months. Plus, we're always 'the new kid.' It's not a vacation... it's a job with its own set of sacrifices. Guess what? You could do it too. What are your thoughts?
Having done both, I can tell you there's pros and cons. As a traveler, you're the outsider. But the independence and financial benefits can make it worth it.
Travel nurses can feel like they're taking our shifts. Just saying.
I've always admired travel nurses. You guys have guts to jump into new situations repeatedly. Respect.
