Just Another Sleepless Night
Switched over to nights about three months back. I thought by now, my body would've adjusted. But nope, still wide awake at 3 pm and zonked out by the time the alarm goes off. Coffee is not doing it anymore. Sleep deprivation is slowly wearing me down. Any of you night owls got any tricks up your sleeves?
Blackout curtains worked wonders for me. It's a whole different world when your room is pitch black, even in the daytime.
Honestly, I gave up on getting my sleep schedule sorted. I just nap prn and hope for the best!
Have you tried melatonin? It didn't work for me, but I've heard from others it's a game-changer.
