Poisoned Culture
Between the toxic team dynamics and management that doesn't care, I feel exhausted. Anyone else feel like the hospital culture is sucking the life out of them?

When I worked nights, the culture was just as bad. Some nights, with few breaks and demanding patients, it was just soul-draining.

Have you considered joining a nursing union? They can really help with these issues.
