Hypothetical: a job offer at a rural hospital, better pay but lesser facilities. Would you consider it, or better to stick with the devil you know?

Been there, done that. Rural hospital, sounds nice at first but it's a whole different ball game. Not enough resources sometimes, it can be frustrating.
