Toxic Unit Alert
Management's great. They listen, they act. But my coworkers, they're a whole different story. Bullied, demeaned, ignored. I don't know how much longer I can hold out. Have you ever dealt with this?

In my unit, we do 'round table' team meetings to vent and resolve issues. Might be worth suggesting to your manager.
